Trajuan Briggs is the Founder and Executive Sower of Win With Integrity, a nonprofit that uses youth sports to promote equity in marginalized communities.

With 14 years in higher education, including roles as a division one student-athlete, football coach, and academic counselor, Trajuan earned a BA in University Studies and an MS in Health, Exercise, and Sports Sciences from the University of New Mexico (UNM). His research focuses on Black male student-athletes and self-identity in revenue sports.

He also established the Trajuan Briggs Community IMPACT Scholarship and serves as President of the Black Alumni Chapter at UNM.

A member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity and the 2020 Black Alumni Trailblazer Award recipient, Trajuan's life mantra is "IMPACT"—"Individuals Making Progress Amongst our Communities Together."

He is the father of Isaiah Briggs, a seven-year-old who loves football, track, and pizza.
